I also watch current market trends to help you price it accurately. Some agents will take an over priced listing and hope to "talk you down" later. Other agents price homes too low so they can make a fast commission. My business relies on referals from happy clients. I will show you the competition, and how I arrived at your home's market value.

Even if your house is ugly, worn down, or just obsolete, you've come to the right place. There are 2 options: Repair, or sell as is. My specialty is knowing the cost of home repairs, which means I can give you a realistic estimate of the top dollar your home is worth. I also work with buyers that want to do the work themselves. If you can afford to buy materials, I'll do the labor on most repairs. I'll even keep the lawn mowed while it's listed.

My goal for all of my clients is to get the most money for their home, with the least amount of stress. I do much more than print flyers and sign the paperwork, I earn my commission!
