Why drive around for weeks searching for your new home? As your agent, we'll preview 5 to 7 homes together which have the basics you request. I listen to all comments about each home. After that, I preview house by house until I find a match to your needs. You get to spend your free time doing what you enjoy. I also research the property's value, how long it's been for sale and other important facts to ensure you don't pay too much for the home you fall in love with.

My buyers usually make a profit (either by resale, or by equity). They are always pre-approved by their lender. They also work exclusively with me. I don't get paid by driving buyers around to look; I get paid when the deal closes. I make a committment to my buyers to try to find properties that will increase in value.

I've been investing in the Puget Sound area since 1987. I keep my ears open to business trends and expansion. You don't have to buy where the growth is, you invest where the growth is ABOUT TO BE.
