My personal vision of customer service

Some real estate agents come and go in the business. They think they can get rich and have poor business practices. They "disappear" as soon as the ink is dry.

I bought my first piece of real estate in September of 1987.
I believe in the future of my business. I want long term relationships and rely on referals to your friends and family when they are thinking of buying or selling a home.

Taking the stress out of the process:

What we do for SELLERS
When we give you a market analysis of your home, we tell you what we expect a buyer to pay, and the improvements that can be done to get more. We don't try to convince you to sign papers that day. In order to prepare a home for listing, it takes most sellers 2 weeks to a month. Cleaning, landscaping, packing, storage, paint, etc all take time. Some of it (like packing) is personal and left to the home owner. Other things (like landscaping) we take care of so our clients won't have to.

What we do for BUYERS
Customer service is for buyers, too. If you love the floor plan, but don't like the colors, why should you take off work to paint. Why spend 4 hours waiting for the cable guy? We can take a day or two to spuce up your new house. You can save your vacation time for fun instead of using it to move.
